Epix Pro Corrupt Map

I’ve seen this once on my non-Pro Epix 2.

I had an bad map experience on my non-pro Epix 2 today as well. 

While doing a Workout suggested by the watch and following a (own created) Course as well, there was hardly any map details shown, in addition the route for the course was not visible either (see image below).

After the workout I went into the map just to check again and had a similar experience as above, with distorted/corrupted map screen almost looking similar to when you had a bad cable connected to a computer screen. After restart it is now all ok. 

Same for me during todays run. Map on the map-screen as well the small map on the workout-summary screen did not work. Epix pro 51 mm. Changing map settings did not help either. 

I'm having the same problem. just bought the Epix 2 pro 51mm. was working great before the update to 13.22. .. followed by maps updates. I cannot see the streets, the roads, the POI, only the terrain elevation in a grayscale format. Doesn't mater what map setting i turn on or off. zoom ins and outs... turn off and on the watch. The only thing i can see is the continent land mass from the edge of the atmosphere. when i zoom in and out the software creates lots artifacts in a middle square.

No weather layers also.

Just confirming to have the same problem after the 13.22 update and subsequent map updates (on both an original Epix gen2, and an Epix Pro 51mm). Restarting as someone else suggested hasn't fixed it. Any word from Garmin on whether this is a know issue and is being worked on? Doesn't seem to be any workaround and renders the navigation features of the watch pretty much useless.

Same issue there, just once since I bought Epix pro 51mm 3 weeks ago. Reboot « fixed » the issue so far.

I also got this view of corrupted maps in all the activities I'm doing (bike, run, hike)

Same thing happened to me.  Resarted epix pro 51mm and it is working again
