The watch's map display is a mess - as if the vector graphics are corrupted. I've tried re-installing the map with no effect. Maps installed for this region are:
- CourseView North and South America v 7.10
- TopoActive North America 2023.10
- CourseView Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa 6.7
- CourseView Pacific 6.2.
- Garmin Ski Map 2023.10
At the end of the activity, the location data uploaded to Garmin Connect makes sense, and matches the activity - but the display of the map on the watch, both during the activity and after, is a disaster. This error is repeatable over multiple activities, and affects activities recorded prior to the most recent software update. I've attached screenshots of the problematic map display, and of how the same activity appears in Garmin Connect for activity #11108273540.
