Is there going to be mini 3? Or is garmin ending this product line and focus just on messenger style gear? I,m curious because for me the mini is more standalone device, not depending on having smartphone with me.

…I’d like to see something like an Etrex size with inreach features, something that is more useful for navigation than the mini series but still smaller than the 66/67 size and lighter too.
It could be better, but it's a halfway point between the sea and the mountains... I'm waiting for MK4 and then I'll consider buying everything together
It depends, nautilus is vhf ais/dsc so its local, useful in busy areas if you want to avoid being hit or someone close can come by, definitely would be my first choice in distress, satellite plb is basically panic button no nuance call out the coast guard
Inreach fills a big gap for situations that are serious but not life threatening and works on land, nautilus does not, though Sat plb does work on land but same issue as above
