On occasion, app requests will be made in our developer forums. We decided to make this space available for individuals to post their ideas for Connect IQ apps. Non-developers can share their app ideas without getting lost amidst the technical developer discussions, and developers can browse around to find ideas for their next app. The intent isn't for Garmin to solicit app ideas, but it's possible that Garmin might see value in an idea and decide to use your idea for an official Garmin app. 
Before you post, a little formality to get out of the way:
- Any idea in this forum can be used by anyone, including Garmin.
- Any idea posted here will not be considered confidential, and can be shared by any party.
- You should not expect payment for your idea.
- You acknowledge any party is free to use your idea for any purpose.
- No party is obligated to enter into any further agreements with you.
- Submitting an idea does not make you a Garmin employee, associate, or business partner.
