Simulator: If onAppinstall() or onAppUpdate() are overridden, and (BG) makeWebRequest()'s response callback calls Background.exit(), onBackgroundData() is not called

I noticed this with my app in simulator (fr955, SDK 8.1.1), and then I checked it with the Input sample and it also reproduces it, so it's clearly a bug both in the simulator and even on real devices (tested on real fr965). A similar bug was already reported...

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but with SDK 8.1.1 in the simulator profiler, I can only see Dc.getHeight and Dc.getWidth. Calls to the drawing functions like Dc.drawText, dc.drawBitmap, dc.drawCircle or dc.drawArc are not registered. Screenshots...
