Simulator for Crossover AMOLED hands are inaccurate

The simulator hands need to have the see-through cutout so we can see what we're drawing on the screen below/behind the hands.

SDK 8.4.0 Code does not get updated after pushing a new update to the store

After compiling with 8.4.0 on Linux or Mac (I haven't tested on Windows) and pushing to the store, old code stays active and doesn't seem to be rolled out. However, changed settings ARE rolled out. Compiling it again with 8.3.0 and pushing it to the store...

This error seems to be intermittent. Fetching the errors is very slow today, even when it works, and for some apps (or maybe some requests?) it displays this error message.

In https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/api-docs/Toybox/ActivityPrompts/ActivityPrompt.html#templateName-var the text is: "The prompt identifier. See ." in other words there's some missing link after "See".
