When app type is "widget" (in manifest.xml) and getGlanceView() is not overridden, compiler should either automatically provide default glance view for CIQ 4+ devices, for max portability, or warn dev that there is no glance view

AppBase.getGlanceView() docs claim if null is returned, "the app name will be used as preview content"; in sim: no glance view is provided at all; on real CIQ 4+ devices, glance shows launcher icon and nothing else (no app name)
