Wrong Time Stamp with UserActivity startTime

hi,

with ECLIPSE 2021-12, SDK 4.1.3, Window 10, devices updated.

when trying to get the start time for an Activity in Toybox.UserProfile.getUserActivityHistory()

it seems to be Garmin TimeStamp (since 01/01/1990 00:00) instead of UNIX timestamp.

to reproduce it:

Open the simulator,

Simulate an activity.
