Transparent background not working on Venu X1 custom datafield on map view

dc.setColor(Graphics.COLOR_BLACK, Graphics.COLOR_TRANSPARENT);

does not work, the backcolor is still a little bit black transparent

I draw a label and value on the screen,

this succeeds but the background remains black

did you ever made a draw on a transparent background on a map on a venu x1?
