I think so but it's a method of LocalMoment (only available since 3.3.0), and you need a location in order to create a LocalMoment.

I just though it would be neat, gee-wiz info to include.  As soon as I can get it working again in the sim, I will remove it.

I don't think there's any good way to know whether you're currently in DST or not, if that's what you're looking for. (Since there's also other bug linked above where it's not possible to get the correct DST-adjusted time for dates other than today.)

If you just need the offset from UTC, that's a different story, of course.
