I have three mature apps that have been running well for a while.
Just over two weeks ago (I started this thread on it 16 days ago (+) Users cannot update / install following latest upload. - Discussion - Connect IQ - Garmin Forums ) people started complaining that Garmin would uninstall their apps when they ran an update.
Not only did it uninstall, but it was then very difficult indeed to get it to reinstall.
It goes something like this:
- Garmin says app needs update
- Click on the "update" button in ConnectIQ
- Update starts...
- App uninstalls...
- Click on the "install" button in ConnectIQ
- Prompt to allow permissions
- Click OK to accept
- Install starts...
- Install fails
I had it happen to me and I found I was utterly unable to reinstall using either Garmin Connect or Garmin ConnectIQ - the only way I could resolve it was to plug the watch into Garmin Express on my laptop.
So...
I don't see how it can be, but in case there is anything specific to my apps, they are linked here:

But...
Right now, it looks a lot like whatever you guys are doing in the background (I know there are a lot of updates) is causing things to fail further down the food chain.
Please can you fix it!
