Received the new part number 006-B4542-00 for Epix Pro 51mm through SDK manager but Connect IQ does not accept uploads

The following errors were detected in your app file

There were no compatible devices found for the part numbers declared in the manifest file. 006-B4542-00

Btw. since there are apparent issues with the new SDK 6.2.0, do you still recommend using it?
If not how can I safely downgrade to 4.2.4?

When I set 4.2.4 as current SDK some devices do no longer show a Target API level in the run configuration combobox!?

  • Same here, simply exclude epix Pro (gen2) 51mm from manifest.xml and everything is ok.

I can remember, today there was an update on one single device in SDK manager, I thing this was a epix pro, but not quite sure.

And: Im also remaining on Eclipse and will not switch to Microsoft, as long as possible anyhow.

  • And I have already moved to VS Code and the change was rather painless.
All I had to do was add VS Code launch configurations but other than that it worked right away with the project structure I had with Eclipse.

One postive thing I can already report is that the compilation/simulator launches faster.

  • Yes, there was a single update for the Epix Pro 51mm. Unfortunately I have to wait for the fix either in the SDK or in the Connect IQ website.
I have active users that are already using the apps on this device. Myself included. ;-)
