older connect apps are not archived for public or connect iq developer use

the only archives of the connect .apk's are on sites like apkmirror.  Garmin should provide an official apk archive, at the very least for connect IQ developers, since we often run into bugs and need to use older releases.  relying on 3rd party sites should not be required.

    a similar request could be made for beta versions of connect iq app releases to at least developers. whatever current internal or incremental rollout that is currently done to test the apps has not been sufficient.
