older connect apps are not archived for public or connect iq developer use

the only archives of the connect .apk's are on sites like apkmirror.  Garmin should provide an official apk archive, at the very least for connect IQ developers, since we often run into bugs and need to use older releases.  relying on 3rd party sites should not be required.

    i don't know of common industry practice for apps, but the apk's are already available. the question is do you want your customers/developers loading your old apk's from semi-trustworthy places (e.g., apkmirror) or do you want them using official apk's? i would think you would want the latter, considering how easy it should be to provide, especially for developers. a business that relies on unpaid third parties to provide a necessary service is likely to be disappointed at some point.
