makeWebRequest does not work when watch is connected to an iphone (Lets Encrypt certificate)

    I use a Lets Encrypt certificate on my server and have never hit this. I have apps being used by hundreds of people on both android and iphone accessing my server without trouble. Ido not see it with the simulator either. There must be more to this than a generic makeWebRequest does not work with a Lets Encrypt certificate when using an iphone.
