I use a Lets Encrypt certificate on my server and have never hit this. I have apps being used by hundreds of people on both android and iphone accessing my server without trouble. Ido not see it with the simulator either. There must be more to this than a generic makeWebRequest does not work with a Lets Encrypt certificate when using an iphone.

It probably depends on the certificate, but I have tested only one. I need the data from a very specific provider: https://api.existenz.ch

From what I recall, this is not something that we'll likely fix, but I want to be sure I'm clear—is this claiming that NO web requests work when connected to an iPhone?
