iPhone 8 ios 13.1.2 keeps asking for permission

Every 3 days my phone asks for permission (for location, I believe).  I have answered at least twice with "always."  What gives?  Why does it keep asking?

    Hi Former Member, what app is your phone asking permission for and can you send us a screenshot of the next permission request please? I had something similar after updating but the apps were different for each request. Is it the same app each time?
