Instinct E 40mm screen size discrepancy

In the simulator version 7.4.3, for the Instinct E 40mm, deviceSettings.screenHeight and screenWidth return 166, but the simulator screen is 164x164 pixels.

This is a known issue that we caught before product launch, but we decided to not block the launch and fix the problem post-launch since it doesn't entirely break the ability to develop on the 40mm Instinct E.

So should I be developing for a visible screen size of 166x166 or 164x164?
