Garmin Trial App API doesn't work

I can't communicate with the server, it always returns 404 error when I try to unlock an APP. I've been trying with the example URL and it's always the same error

I also reported it again here as my first report contained two issues, one of which was fixed.

There's a test URL you can use to make sure the OAuth implementation works. This returns a 404 error and so does the real App URL. It's done this since the upgrade in February.

Yep - it's been broken since the website updated back in February.
- Still can't sell any apps to my customers
- Still no feedback from Garmin on what they're doing about this
- Still extremely frustrated

I've been trying to communicate with the server using the url that appears in the docs, using my key/secret
