Fenix7 reboots when activity is paused

I'm being asked but the users of my app (Tennis AI) about a bug in Fenix7 which ocassionally happens. The watch reboots when activity is paused. Once rebooted the walking/running activity is being automatically switched on (paused). I did experience it myself couple of times and saw similiar issues reported on this forum. However I could not find any official recommendation from Garmin about how to fix this issue, what to tell to the users etc. I would appreciate your help in solving this issue.

    I see a couple of existing reports based on internal testing that may be similar to this, but it's tough to tell just based on your description. How occasional does this seem to occur, and is it frequently enough that you could collect device crash logs? The product team would need to review the crash logs to see what's causing the issue.

    The easiest way to provide crash logs is to send the entire GARMIN folder from the device after you experience a crash to [email protected].

    Hi, i have done a test with my Fenix 7X ss Beta 15.74, no problem with pause.

    It was a simulation, strange move to simulate playing in the street Grin

    and it was a short term test.

    Without any pattern or way to reproduce, i can't try more.
