Face it watch faces does not update data from ConnectIQ compliactions

I can add ConnectIQ complications to Face it from the ConnectIQ app, but the Faceit does not continuously update the complication. I'm publishing data from my ConnectIQ publishing service every 5 min but Face it only updates when I apply the face it as the active watch face and not continuously as it should
