Extremely slow build times with the latest Java (jre 8 update 261)

Hi,

with the latest java version i get extremely slow build times. All builds and exports are affected.

Java version: jre 8 update 261 x64 windows

I returned to the previous version of java (update 251) and everything works fine.

Do you have the same troubles?

    Ugh what a pain ... so I tried Eclipse 2020.06 but still slow.

    Can't find anywhere that looks safe to download the old version of 251 from yet (to go back to) ...

    Found some version of Eclipse 2020.09 but it has no installer, and seems to require Java 11 - but can't find where to get that from either Slight smile Oracle certainly don't make this easy! Run out of spare time today so will have to return to this another time.
