Issue was linked with SDK Manager issue.

ERA has no apps for my developer ID

Hi,

Since reinstalling the SDK Manager yesterday ( (+) Install and run SDK Manager fails horribly. - Connect IQ Bug Reports - Connect IQ - Garmin Forums ) I also have precisely zero apps in ERA and so can see nothing.

I have tried:

1. Remove and re-add developer id

2. Restart...

3. Try to add apps...

All result in nothing.

My developer ID is registered and listed (and I see "Verifying IDs" on startup), but nothing shows in apps.

Could it be related to the same network issue that affects Ireland so means I cannot download a functional SDK?

Or is it something else glitchy and nasty somewhere in the deep inner workings of the Interwebs?

  • Apologies about this - while we have had a few systemic issues with ERA in the past couple of weeks, I think the problem you're experiencing is something related to your developer account. Here's the plan: I'm going to create a separate, "dummy" developer account with an app and some crash data, we'll provide you with all of the credentials/keys, and then you can try logging into it and see if ERA functions. If it does, then I'll have to get the server team involved to see if there's some kind of issue with your developer account. If not, then that would suggest something with your particular ISP/network/computer configuration that's preventing things from working like we'd expect.

I'll have someone on my team work on this today, and we'll be back in touch likely early next week.
