Connect IQ SDK version 3.1.9 simulator crashes immediately on macOS Catalina (and Big Sur beta)

3.18  works perfectly.

There are also some theming oddities (white on white text/background) when you try to set activity monitor info in the simulator 

Anyone else having simulator crash on 3.19 on Mac (I'm on Apple MacBook Pro and never had any issues with previous SDKs)
