Connect IQ SDK version 3.1.9 simulator crashes immediately on macOS

I updated to Big Sur, 3.18 simulator works for me but not 3.19

Same here.
I'm on Macos Big Sur beta, After updating to SDK 3.1.9 simulator crashes. Rolled back to 3.1.8 - still crashing unfortunately

I am using Eclipse on Windows 10 Pro and I have the same issue.
After installing SDK 3.1.9, the simulator crashed.
Rolled back to 3.1.8.

If I copy the (+/-500mb) simulator from 3.18/bin/ to 3.19/bin/ then the simulator works again (still using 3.19 SDK but with 3.18 simulator on Eclipse 4.16).

If I use the original 3.19/bin/ConnectIQ simulator, then it crashes immediately with a kernel crash it seems... part of crashlog below... (macOS Catalina 10.15)
