bug: new developer dashboard doesn't let me use plus sign (+) in email address

I usually use the following email address format: [email protected]. This is a valid email address, and in existing applications I have it set up and I regularily receive emails from Garmin about reviews and "contact the developer" things. This is a very useful feature because it lets me filter the emails while still use only 1 physical mailbox (email@examplecom)
