bug: new developer dashboard doesn't let me use plus sign (+) in email address

I usually use the following email address format: [email protected]. This is a valid email address, and in existing applications I have it set up and I regularily receive emails from Garmin about reviews and "contact the developer" things. This is a very useful feature because it lets me filter the emails while still use only 1 physical mailbox (email@examplecom)

    Sure, if you look (as admin) at any of my older apps, i.e: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/7c83d402-4b68-4f0a-b167-7139788a19b3 then you'll see that my email is with the "+ant-hrm" ending so I can filter it in gmail. I get all the correspondence related to the app (rates, reviews, connect developer) to this email.

    I use the same strategy for various things, and I'll report this either way, but did this work as you expect in the past?
