appstore - unable to upload app updates

for 3 weeks now I've been trying to upload updates to (several) apps 

the message is shown "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later." 

It would be helpful to show the actual error message instead of this general "customer-friendly" message...

Maybe it's also cloudflare there preventing updates, or something else that's the problem, who knows....

C'mon guys get your act together and let us update our apps....

    What can I say? I don't know if there's a general issue at the moment that prevents uploads because I haven't tried recently, but I know too well this error message.

    I second the "feature-request" to give us proper, unerstandable, descriptive error messages, please!

    In my case I hade a character in one of the constants that the validator didn't like. But the fact that each and every developer will have a similar story with a different "fix" just shows how much this needs to be improved!
