appstore - unable to upload app updates

for 3 weeks now I've been trying to upload updates to (several) apps 

the message is shown "Sorry, your message couldn’t be submitted because we’re having trouble communicating with our servers. Please try again later.

It would be helpful to show the actual error message instead of this general "customer-friendly" message...

Maybe it's also cloudflare there preventing updates, or something else that's the problem, who knows....

C'mon guys get your act together and let us update our apps....

  • There may be issues with validating the form that is filled out after uploading the IQ file. One known issue is the Additional Hardware Requirements Product URL needs to start with http:// or https://.
