Battery Meter v2: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/e54849a1-cc77-4c6d-a01f-99b68e7503f2

DESCRIPTION:

Simple battery meter widget that displays a graphic battery meter and text representation.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Battery Meter:
  • Fenix/D2/920XT: Change the color scheme by selecting "Start/Enter" button.
  • Vivoactive: Change the color scheme by tapping the screen.

Color scheme will be remembered between widget uses.

Battery Meter v2:

Settings for color scheme are managed in Garmin Connect Mobile.
  • I was able to reproduce this on 3.10, so it's a firmware-related issue that appears to already have been fixed on the latest development builds. I believe this is happening because the widget was effectively switching the activity type to Connect IQ upon launch, which is why the watch face changed to blue. Once the next firmware update is available, this problem should be resolved.

    Hi,
    Great App, very useful.
Unfortunately I see some difference between the battery level directly from the watch when plugged into my PC and the battery level displayed on the app. For instance after full charge from the PC (100%) the app shows only 98%.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

I will look into it. The widget simply uses the value for battery level returned by the SDK so maybe that isn't reporting correctly.
  • thanks

    Forgot to mention - it's a 630.

I have seen this reported here and in other apps forum pages but haven't seen it myself. I do believe I remember reading somewhere that this is related to how the charging of the device works but I will see what I can find out.

The widget is reporting the actually battery charge level.

    Iq ?

When I swipe the screen of my vivoactive to access the battery widget, it first says "IQ" on the screen for half a second.. Then the battery indicator pops up...

That is normal for all CIQ widgets on the va. On other devices there's no icon at all, and on others, the widget has it's own icon that's displayed and/or the name of the widget.

For example, on the va-hr, each widget has it's own icon and along with the widget name, and are displayed as you are swiping around.

    Couldn't download

    Hi,

I tried to download for so many times, and keep saying that need to update on garmin express, which I have been already updated to the latest version.
Is there any other way or solution can fix this problem?
    Thank you.
