I have Venu 2, and am wondering if anyone else can see HR Line chart, if you set it for the bottom chart? It just shows a blank chart for me. If I choose e.g. Pressure line chart, it shows.
hi Joerg, it's an issue on ios.
See https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/i/bug-reports/broken-settings-in-connect-4-22-for-ios (and while you're there also upvote the bug report)
On some watches you can set the goalcompletedcolor, dont think i have a specific color for the uncomplete goal
It seems like goalcompleted does something different, as I don't see it affect anything.
I'm having some trouble with things not updating. For example, to be able to see an updating (instead of frozen) HR, I usually have to go to a different screen and then come back. And the step history bars don't shift laterally unless I change the watch face to a different one and then change it back. I have Fenix 7s. Such issues only started sometime in the past few months I think.
for the hr there is no caching involved, the watchface reports immediately what it gets from the api
steps history is a known issue, I'll have to find a workaround for an issue that has been introduced by Gamrin on new devices
I'm using the watchaface for a few weeks and I come to some feature requests:
1) Can we display BT icon when watch is disconnected, so in connected state it's hidden and do not distract
2) Is it possible to allow displaying Temp + City in the Bottom Chart area. I'm not using any of the charts so currently this space is empty
3) IS it impossible to fetch the secondary timezone from the system, instead of typing it manually in watchface config?
Just upgraded from the Fenix 5 to the Fenix 7x sapphire solar. I did just notice there is no longer a data block to enter in my "supporter" code.
it's no longer needed to enter this code Garrett, it should be automatically activated
1/ bt icon shows when your phone is connected
2/ it's unlikely I'll implement this as the extra code required would push data lover towards the memory limit
3/ the api does indeed not provide this, we have to work with the tools that are provided to us
