I have Venu 2, and am wondering if anyone else can see HR Line chart, if you set it for the bottom chart? It just shows a blank chart for me. If I choose e.g. Pressure line chart, it shows.
In Garmin Conenct Mobile (Android) you can select the apps that may send the messages to the watch.
after turning system language of android phone to english (thus language of GC changes to english), city name is correctly displayed in english.
So it appears that when GC app is running in korean, the watchface will receive city name in korean letters from GC app, but as there is no korean font in the watchface (the watch itself is korean version, so it has korean font embedded. maybe watchface specific font?) it cannot display the city name.
thanks for the extra info, could you try what I sent you in my previous message? thanks. :)
Tried the open beta version. both current and open beta version will show broken font when android system language is Korean,
BTW, I've started working on Korean localization file. i'll send you when i'm done with it.
is this the real time "active history" heart rate chart or the historic heart rate chart?
The real time one works. It's the historic line chart that just shows up blank with no ifo. I tried changing the interval - nothing.
In the simulator it works properly....
Can you check whether you have any log files on your device (connect your watch to a computer with usb) in the folder /garmin/apps/logs
Only logfile I have there is CIQ_LOG.BAK, and that just has a few entries for the Leaderboard app dated before I even had the watch...
Hi, is there a way to manage features of this watchface to save battery? For example it would be great to add some power saver. Also I dont need to have weather updates during sleep(some scheduled time to turn off features would be nice)
Running on Vivoactive 4 - great watchface except the battery drainage.
it's important to get a gps location by starting a gps activiity such as run, after doing that internal caching will be actiivated and your battery consumption should be a lot less.
it's a good idea though to add an option to not refresh weather during sleep time, so I'll note that down.
