How to Use (Please Read):
1.) Watch must be worn on your wrist!
2.) If you don't have a Chest HRM, Footpod or Running Dynamics Pod, your Watch hand MUST be MOVING on indoor equipment.
-- i.e. your hand and watch must move or the app will not work.
4.) Adjust Steps/Floors with phone Connect App to match indoor equipment typical value is 17 steps (8inch/22cm per step) .
--Configure in watch, use menu button, while in activity. (VAHR long press screen)

5.) Chest HRM (3, red or blue) will give improved results.
6.) Foot Strike Sensor with HRM gives the best results.

- IQ 1.3 or higher
-Optional(best accuracy): Chest HRM (3, red or blue), Foot Strike Sensor or Running Dynamics Pod
Known Deficiencies:
-(Indoor Only))(Garmin Bug) 'Main' Distance field and Garmin's Main Speed Graph are not reporting in connect.garmin.com or connect app
-Workaround: Both Floors and Steps/Minute are shown as an IQ data field or as an IQ graph.

Configuration items:
-Steps per Floor: default is 17 and matches the Stair master
-Indoor/Outdoor mode: no check GPS off, Check GPS on.
Second Screen
Top, Bottom Left and Right selections 14 selections to choose.
Displayed watch data
-Steps, Floors, AvgSteps, Calories, Heart Rate, Average Heart Rate, Elapsed Timer, Time of Day
-Heart Rate is completely configurable and color coded.
-Configure Heart rate zones in Garmin Connect or Garmin Express using the generic zones
-Battery (Green Horizontal Line )meter uses the entire screen for reliability and acts as a divide to help focus one the upper fields.
-Battery color range: RED less than 15%, Orange 16%-35%, Green greater than 36%
-Fields are auto-adjust for all data ranges for maximum readability through out your entire activity.
-inActivity configuration adjustment. Use phone Connect app to change during activity
-BlueTooth Connectivity as a simple letter "B".
-Main Page Fields:
--TOP:HR (color, % and BPM),
--Second Line: Steps, Floors, Battery,
--Third Line: Average Steps, Bluetooth, Elapsed Time
--Bottom: Calories, Time of Day, Average HR
-Second Page Fields displays three fields of data:
-- choose any 3 (Steps, Floors, Floors/Min, Floors_IQ(iq2.2.x & GPS), Elapsed Time, Calories, Energy Expenditure, HR(color), AHR(color), RPM, Average RPM, temperature, Training Effect, Activity Total Steps, Total Ascent (GPS)).
Value of (-1) means selected data is not support in your watch.
Display Abbreviations:
B = connected to phone with connect app running
stps:xxx Current Steps in spm
hr:xxx = Heart Rate monitor sensor detected with current HR
tmp:xxx = temperature sensor detected with current Temp
Results with footpod and HRM-Tri
Using v0.1 and was 95% accurate using Tri HRM and footpod.
Using v0.1, 99.9% accurate on Stair Master Brand using 17 steps/floor value
