!!! IMPORTANT - PLEASE, RESTART YOUR WATCHES AFTER WATCHFACE UPDATE IF YOU HAVE SOME CONFIGURATION ISSUES !!!

Watch Face contains:
- Time and date
- activity history graph (past 7 days + today) in kCal and km/mi (or steps)
- maximum or sum or average kCals and km/mi (or steps)
- daily goal progress and step count
- custom fields
- status and notification icons
- inactivity indicator. Removing of inactivity levels is handled by the watch firmware, usually it takes about 3-4 minutes of walking.
- "goal reached" indicator in the week graph (small white triangle)

Supports 12/24 time format and km/mi.

Configuration
------------------------

ActiFace can be configured via Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express.
Here is how to do it: https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?332843-How-to-App-Settings

- Color graph style - switch between curve graph and bar graph

* heart rate
* altitude
* week goal percentage (counted all step goals and steps from the beginning of the week)
* week distance average (counted from the beginning of the week without today)

- Enable/disable seconds
- Enable/disable inactivity indicator
- Battery indicator type (Fenix3 only)
- Color graph line
  • Great job as always.
Can't see battery and bluetooth status on Fexix 3. For me they are more important from unread notifications.
  • You did it again mister!
Beautiful and full of data for us :D
Cant wait to update. You are one of the few developers here to take this store to a very pleasing level ,
    thank you.

Thank you! I'm always trying to make it as most usable as available data and screen dimensions allow. That's the reason for I have still doubts if the stepqualizer functionality I'm working on is really usable.. Each new functionality eats some amount of memory and now I'm on 50kB of 64kB available :) I'll be testing it for some time and see if it gives an interesting information.

    Thanks.

You're right, I was experimenting with notification icon and count and I didn't find better solution for Fenix3 than this overlapping bar. On the other side, it's pretty common pattern on wearables to show notifications over other data because users usually want to know if there is something missed. Just clear notifications or read them on the phone and the bar disappear. Additionally, current behavior on Garmins is that if you see notification count and icon, you can be sure that watches are connected via BT, because if it's disconnected, notifications disappepar and return back again when connection is restored.

Basic Clarification Max Distance and kcal

First off I have to say this watch face is amazing! Awesome work. You're a very talented developer. Thank you for creating this for us!

Does the distance one (below the clock to left) take max in the past 6 days + Today? If it says 19mi does that mean one day I totaled 19mi with steps, biking, etc.? Then if I bike 50mi tomorrow will that replace it? Then after 7 days will the new max replace the 50mi even if lower? If this is correct does it apply to the kcal too?

What does white arrow versus blue besides these two sets of number indicate? Does blue mean new max achieved?

I apologize if this has been answered I did search this forum and saw the question asked but no answer to it. Thank you all for your help!
  • new 6.02 beta

Hi, can your current Actiface version be customised with the new 920XT 6.02 beta S/W? (ie. is it worth the risk installing the beta?)
  • Hi, current version on the Store is not 2.0 yet. I have to wait with release for Connect IQ 1.2 final version. Now, without new version of GCM you have no possibility to change configurations.

Firmware betas are pretty stable, I use them all time.

Sorry, but it's not so easy with seconds because watchface is normally refreshed on screen once per minute, so I don't plan to add seconds.

ah i see, ok sure thank you!

    Hi, thanks for support.

As you wrote, values next to arrows above the graph are maximums for past 7 days + today (so the very first column on the left is T-7 and you can easily compare today's Monday with last past Monday). And this T-7 day will be tomorrow replaced by T-6 and maximums will be recalculated.. White and color graph has the same logic. The meaning of arrows is just the maximum as the sign. There will be another signs (average and sum) in the next ActiFace version.

You can get a badge if you reach a week maximum for the white line.
