Push It / Push It Gym Feature List
- HR required. Will use OHR (optical heart rate) or Ant+ HR Strap.
- GPS not needed in Push It Gym for indoor use.
- Maximum HR value and zone data from User Profile
- Displays HR data, Zone based on Max HR data as below, Push It points and Maximum Heart Rate as used by zones.
- Save data to FIT file on ending if desired.
- Zone Summary with percentage and Push It points on ending.
- Multiplier in Garmin Connect Mobile to alter your Push It points by 50-200% of normal as desired.
- Tap to turn on back light.
It is time to Push It .. time for get some points and let you know how hard you are working.
Note .. Push It will label your workout 'Running' (cause that is what I usually do outside) and Push It Gym will use "Other". You can edit the names in Garmin Connect to suit your needs. I did not want to go crazy and try to name them for you .. let alone try to guess what your workout actually was.
Sorry Garmin will not allow us to use custom names. That would be nice.
