  • HI it would be cool if you would add the seconds in small letters behind the minutes

From what I´ve heard there´s no possibility to add seconds to a custom watch face, as the watch face get´s only updated every minute (or so).
  • It is actually possible to add second hands to custom watch faces. Future firmware releases of the FR920 (and our other devices) will support a sleep/wake feature. Devices will typically be in a sleep or low power mode that updates the watch face once every minute. When raised to check the time, the device will wake and allow things like second hands to be displayed for a short period of time.

sounds awesome - and it would be a nice feature if we can define the time when the watch will be in sleep mode. For example normal operation from 06:00 - 23:00 (would mean sleep time from 23:00 - 06:00). Loved this feature on my Polar RCX5 :o
  • my screen looks nothing like the image shown. its almost black & white, maybe some faint green. how do i get the vibrant colors shown here?
  • You don't. The display of the 920XT doesn't produce colors as vibrant as those that you'd see in a screen capture from the simulator.
  • so what's the point showing it that way? should show it like the watch will display it
  • First off, not everybody that is doing this has a 920XT to take a picture of. Should I have to go out and buy a 920XT, a Fenix3, a VivoSmart, and an Epic so that I can take pictures of my software running on them? Do I need to have a nice camera, image manipulation software, and hours of time so that I can and do a bunch of color correction so that what you see on your computer screen matches what I saw with my eyes? Don't be silly. Second, the images here aren't intended to be true-to-life. They are just a representation of what the watch face provides. Finally, it sounds like you are frustrated that your 920 doesn't produce colors as well as your personal computer which burns more power lighting the screen for an hour than the 920 uses in a month.
  • Love this Display. But i miss the seconds on the Watch... would love to see them still on the display...
  • I shall see if I can sensible implement but please remember I don't have an actual watch (as cannot afford one).

To be fair, the display is stunning under good light. Its only when there is the backlight that it gets washed out. Either way, great watch face (using it now)!
