If I recall correctly you have to set your FTP in setting for TSS working.

I solved it already. It was NP power with zeros, not just NP. So I switched to just NP on the same layout and now TSS works fine.

I’m not sure of what you are talking about but it seams to be about TSS (Training Stress Score).

I’ve searched for a IQ app/field  that would showed TSS in real time bit no success so far.

Any ideas?

TSS works in combination with power (regular garmin field). I`m using multiple HM DIYs (see picture below), where real time TSS is also included. But it needs Normalized Power on same field. I did a mistake and include Normalized Power with zeros instead of just NP and TSS didnt`t work.

And I should post it just under HM-DIY section, yes...;)

I'm sorry but I have no idea what HM DIY is or works...

I did a search for "TSS" and ended up in your post.

I've using the awesome CPScience https://apps.garmin.com/pt-BR/apps/5d0c2ecf-de19-4e5f-8445-8aedc22c4d8a but as far I know it doesn't have real time TSS.

Some times I have a training left in the week that I have to reach a given TSS... and today is more or less a guessing by the estimated time/IF but sometimes things don't go as planned.

Being able to see how much TSS I have done during the training should help a lot.
