Watchface: Digital for TactixD and Digital for TactixD v2 Beta

hello could you post the settings of this wf? i am curenttly lost liek two hours on traing to set it up. yours look amazing.

I have a compass if I hold down start/stop. Top right button. 

Unfortunately, watchface have 1minute refresh rate, if we exclude fact garmin does not allow face to access sensors directly, 1minute refresh compass in face does not make sense. thats why there is a garmin one.

With regards to sunset/sunrise, as in Q&A which most of the users clearly do not bother to read,  it is the same like any other watch with customizable position settings, you need to get valid GPS fix first. Without it your watchface does not know where you are and refers to the default location in settings which is Central Europe until you change it. 

In detail, having proper sun event times for your location, it is same like with other watch faces which allow custom position modification. You need to tell to the watchface what is your location first so it can calculate proper times. Best is to get valid GPS fix of your current location (start any activity with GPS and wait till GPS fix is received). 

However valid fix is usually available in the newer garmin watch for short period of time. Therefore further behavior depends on how do you have set "Use default position if Activity GPS not available"

"Use default position if Activity GPS not available" = OFF
- Watchface will store last valid fix to the memory and will use it in case there is currently no valid fix available in GPS. What coordinates are being used for calculation you can check by temporarily enabling Latitude and Longitude fields. ( my Tactix 7 from time to time provides valid GPS fix on coordinates Lat=0 and Lon=0, i assume it is a Garmin bug, getting new valid fix by starting outdoor activity usually solves it).

"Use default position if Activity GPS not available" = ON
- Watchface will forget last GPS fix at the same moment as watch and will use pre-configured default coordinates from settings instead. When you install this face, default location points to Brno, Czech Republic (Lat=49.195061, Lon= 16.606836). You can change it to your preferred one using Default Latitude and Default Longitude settings.

Until you switch on "Remove +1 . : in Sun Events" settings, there will also be an indicator showing what coordinates are used.
Indicators are as follows:
no indicator - current in watch available valid fix from GPS is used
'.' - Coordinates stored in watchface memory from last valid fix used
':' - Coordinates from default Lat/Lon settings are used
'+1' - Sun event is next day
'-1' - Sun event was yesterday

Great info, thanks for sharing. Interesting about limited access to sensors but it makes sense from a battery pov. 

I see the watchface has been updated to support more non-amoled watches. Would it be possible to support the 965 at all please?
