  • Hello Petr.Koula!

Great watchface! Like it very much!!

But since update 2.0.4 changing of datafields on my fenix 3 is not possible anymore!
It displays steps in the 9 o´clock position, daydate at 3 o´clock, month/date and battery percentage at 6 o´clock.
The option of changing the data fields in the settings menue of my fenix 3 (firmware 7.20) is gone....

I would like to display actual height, daydate,sunrise/sunset and battery percentage - What should I do?
Is it possible to change back to the former version?

Hi, did you try restart your watches after update?

Hi, did you try restart your watches after update?

    Hi!
    Thx for the quick response!

Yes, I restarted several times since the update - no change... The options for changing the Superb watchface appearance in the settings menue are completely gone. For the preinstalled Garmin watchfaces (analog/digital) everything is o.k..
The display driver is the latest version (3.50), too.

Have you any other ideas, or do we have to wait for the next Garmin firmware update?

    Best regards!

What you mean the settings menu? On the watches? Custom watchfaces can be configured only in Garmin Connect Mobile or Garmin Express. https://forums.garmin.com/showthread.php?332843-How-to-App-Settings

Or you can't see the settings button in GCM?

    Hi Petr!

Oooh, yes - I forgot that!!
I was standing under the strong impression, that I had to configure the Superb watchface the same wa as the Garmin preinstalled watchfaces...
With yor hint, I remembered the right way.
Thank you very much!! Everything is o.k. again now!

And once again: in my humble opinion the best looking watchface of all!!!!

    Best Regards!
  • 2nd Time Zone

My favorite watch face by far! Would it be possible to add a 2nd Time Zone as an optional filed in addition to UTC?
    Thanks for considering!

  • Acronyms undefined

Hi, I don't plan any new features at the moment. Maybe later with newer CIQ version.

I'm new to all this, but very computer literate. I wish everyone, especially Masters, would define the acronym they use so those of us who are unfamiliar with them can look them up easily. They other option is to define them parenthetically the first time it/they are used in a post. I'm certain I'm not the only one with this problem.

TIA (thanks in advance) for your help.

    Cheers!

  • smw856 - do you mean CIQ?

It's "Connect IQ".. Kind of a common shorthand in the "Connect IQ" forums :)

You'll also see references to the "SDK" (Software Development Kit for CIQ), and the "VM" (Virtual Machine for CIQ - it's where CIQ stuff runs).
  • THX you replied ASAP Jim :)

Sorry, my bad. I was expecting that CIQ acronym will be self-explaining in Connect IQ forum, but you're right it might not be obvious for non-interested users.
  • 235 DO have a GPS that gives altitude: can't you use this function?
