Unfortunately there isn't any equivalent application currently - the linked score counter is exactly what its name implies, just a score ticker. it does not e.g. have any features for keeping track of the playing time. The original Soccer Score Tracker was exactly what I needed for occasional referee duties in junior matches, and now that the display glass on my Vivoactive HR (which had the app) broke, looks like it's lost forever... WearOS seems to have capable refereeing apps available, just as a hint for others looking for such stuff.
