Need help with Background process

Need to arrange background process, which will be called for every round hour (min and sec = 0), get data from API, store it in arrey in property or base and exit bg process.

Main question, how to call bg process for requestd time momen even if app inactive.

“...merge "old" with "data"...” - can’t recognize where is actual merge process is listed. Is it not included in the listing or I have missed it?

Changing the color of the font was something challenging for me. I'm glad that I found this exciting forum where I can see many valuable topics. Your piece of advice was precisely for the platform I work on depositphotos.com/upscaler.html didn't expect that at all. I thought that I would need to purchase Photoshop from Adobe. Hopefully, it didn't happen because I found this thread.
