How To for new Users with the Connect IQ SDK

Would it be possible for any Customer to write a litte How-To instead of the newbie-unfriendly README?

For example: How to open the Shell, starting the templates or examples in simulator etc.

Have you tried reading through the Programmers Guide (<sdk root>/Monkey C Programmers Guide.pdf)? The Getting Started section should be a little easier to follow than the README. In fact you could skip to the Installing The Plug-in section on page 8 and download and setup the SDK through the plug-in via the SDK Manager.

I used the document that @Ken mentioned and it was quite easy to get things up and running, and even how to build and run a simple watchface.
