App approved but not searchable for 3+ days after adding Payment tag

I'm having an issue with my watch face search visibility.

My app "GridFace Pro: Modular Sport Health" was approved on the evening of April 13th (around 8:30 PM) after I updated the title and added the "Payment" tag. However, it has been over 72 hours and the app still does not appear in the store search results. It is only accessible via a direct link or through my developer profile.

I have already sent an email to the developer support team but haven't received a response yet. Could you please help me check if the search index is stuck for this app?

  • Check the status, when you change a free app to payment it will be processed again and the status is set to Pending. It is only for you accessible through your link or developer profile if the status is Pending.

  • It was already showing Status: Approved at 8:30 PM on April 13.

  • Hi , sorry to bother you, but it's been nearly 4 days. The app status is 'Approved', I even pushed a v1.1.4 update to force a refresh, but the search index is still dead. Could someone from the team manually sync it before the weekend? Thanks!"

  • What payment system are you using?  If it's Garmin's, is your merchant account complete?  Do all your target devices in your app  support Garmin payments?

    To clarify, I am using a Third-Party Payment system (Stripe). Unfortunately, I cannot use Garmin's official monetization because their merchant onboarding has strict geographic restrictions and is not available in my region.

    Since I'm using an external unlock-code system, device-level Garmin Pay support isn't required. The app installs and runs perfectly on all targeted devices if users use the direct download link.

    The core issue is strictly with the Connect IQ search index. The developer dashboard has shown the status as "Approved" for nearly 4 days. However, simply checking the "Third-Party Payment" box seems to have thrown the app into an indexing black hole.

    I even pushed a v1.1.4 update hoping to force a system refresh, but it's still completely invisible in search. Just hoping an admin can manually sync the index before the weekend!
