How to test on device

Hello. I have a Watchface I built for the Venu4, and it's running fine in the emulator.

I can't figure out how to install it on my physical Venu 4 though. I've checked Garmin Express application and added the device to it, and also tried transferring my prg file directly, but the Venu 4 doesn't show up as a device with a folder. When trying to add my Watchface with Garmin Express, there's no way to add files, it always just takes me to the webstore.

I checked online and all the pages, like the getting started guide lead to 404 pages: https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/connect-iq-basics/

So asking here how to load my Watchface to the watch, to ensure it works as expected, before publishing it to the store.

1) Connect your Venu 4 to your PC/Mac using the USB cable (goes without saying)

2) Ensure Garmin Express is completely closed. You also have to close the corresponding system tray icon (Windows) / menu bar icon (Mac)

3) If you are using Windows, you should see your Venu 4 in File Explorer.

If you are using Mac, you need to use 3rd party software such as https://openmtp.ganeshrvel.com/ to browse files and folders on your Venu 4

Make sure to enter your pincode (if you use one) on your device if you want to side load your app. Another way is to upload it as a beta app to the IQ store and install it from the store.
