Fenix 8 PRO - no gps fix

I have a user with a Fenix 8 PRO reporting that my app (and other CIQ apps) is always 'Stuck' waiting for a gps fix. I have updated to the latest SDK with no luck. I have reviewed the settings on the watch like default GNSS mode and 'smart' logging is not enabled.

Has anyone come across this kind of issue with the Fenix 8 PRO?
