We have developed our Connect IQ data field (Q-LAC).
A customer is experiencing an issue on Forerunner 935 + Edge 830 (connected to the same IQ account):
when the data field is added to an activity screen, instead of showing our field, the watch automatically replaces it with the built-in Timer/Stopwatch field.
Steps already tested, without success:

Performed a full reset of the watch.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the data field several times.

Added the data field in a completely new activity profile.

Verified the Connect IQ limitation of max 2 data fields per activity (only one CIQ field is used during testing).
Is this a known bug or firmware limitation? Are there any recommended workarounds or fixes?
