Today I noticed that in GC Web in the activity window on the right hand side, where the used Df and Apps are listed, there is a 16 byte hex code listed directly below the name of the DF. As I checked, it is not the AppID. Hopefully it's not the decoded dev key.
Has anyone noticed this as well? Or does anyone know what the byte code stands for?

Upon inspecting the element, it turns out this is actually the the dev id in the store
The dev id isn't a secret, it's part of the URL when you click on the dev name in the store:

If you mean the private key, that is literally impossible, as only the dev has the private key. Not even Garmin has your private key.
If you mean the public key, that doesn't really matter (it can be used to verify that an app came from you but it can't be used by others to impersonate you). If it were possible for a private key to be derived from the corresponding public key, then all cryptographical signing and encryption would be worthless (any encryption could be broken, and anyone could impersonate anyone else)
