Users are reporting that my App has disappeared from their devices

Hello,
On December 27 (two weeks ago) someone reported that they can't find my App in their device
And today someone else reported the same

I didn't publish any update since October 3rd (more than three months)

    I reported this a couple of times during the years I used 3 different Garmin watches and I've been always told that they don't know this bug and I am the 1st to report.

    However in the past 3 weeks things seem to have got worse, and this time not only for me but also others in the forum. The good news is that for the 1st time someone at Garmin was able to reproduce it, so there is hope!

    I think the best thing we can do to help Garmin fix this is this:

    1. Communicate to your users, and make sure if they are experiencing the same bug. If not, then maybe report it to Garmin as a new issue.

    2. If yes, then let them comment in the above thread as a reply to Garmin-Sierra to let Garmin know about more users experiencing the same problem. This might help in both prioritizing the fix and in finding the root cause.

  • Sorry, my bad? I just realized it's a device app and not a data field, so it's probably not the same bug. Then I'd ask the users experiencing this if they used Garmin Express. It is known to reorganize things. Maybe it's a new bug that it can also make apps dusappear

  • That’s weird. What happens if they list the installed apps on their device using:

    - Connect IQ (the phone app)

    - The Connect IQ store app on their device (for devices that support it)

    - Garmin Express, if they’re willing to use it (since Express is known to mess up settings, such as the glance order, I can understand why people would not want to use it)

    Does the app show up using any of those methods?

  • I have asked my users to send me (or garmin) details but I didn't received anything
    The problem is that I am having down rates and bad comments for something that I am not responsible of
