Users are reporting that my App has disappeared from their devices

I reported this a couple of times during the years I used 3 different Garmin watches and I've been always told that they don't know this bug and I am the 1st to report.

However in the past 3 weeks things seem to have got worse, and this time not only for me but also others in the forum. The good news is that for the 1st time someone at Garmin was able to reproduce it, so there is hope!

I think the best thing we can do to help Garmin fix this is this:

1. Communicate to your users, and make sure if they are experiencing the same bug. If not, then maybe report it to Garmin as a new issue.

2. If yes, then let them comment in the above thread as a reply to Garmin-Sierra to let Garmin know about more users experiencing the same problem. This might help in both prioritizing the fix and in finding the root cause.

Sorry, my bad? I just realized it's a device app and not a data field, so it's probably not the same bug. Then I'd ask the users experiencing this if they used Garmin Express. It is known to reorganize things. Maybe it's a new bug that it can also make apps dusappear

I have asked my users to send me (or garmin) details but I didn't received anything
The problem is that I am having down rates and bad comments for something that I am not responsible of
