There's no error. Users from Chinese Store just can't update to last version.
In my case it happens for POWER+PRO that should be at version 4.0.2 as it is in the standard store, but it shows previous version (4.0.1) for China. The issue seems to happen after 07th January

I can see more apps in the same condition. TYMEWEAR shows 1.9.6 and should be 1.9.62

There was an issue the server team has fixed. It may take a while to clear the backlog, so let us know if there's still issues tonight. I'll check back in on this thread on Monday
Just checked on Sun 12th at 10:30 CET, and it’s not fixed yet.
Maybe there is a specific reason related to your app, because I was able to upload a new version and after less than 10 minutes I was able to deploy it to my device with the Download button (but in the first minutes it did produce a red error message, and when I looked at the json in Chrome's network tab it had something with 404, so I figured that my app haven't pass the validations yet, so it's not yet available to be downloaded (Hint: maybe it would be a nice gesture to gray out the Download button...))
It's not only mine. I am not referring to standard store. There is no issue there since it was cleared some days ago. But the issue persist in the Chinese store.

No, it's still the previous version.
But IMHO you're confusing some of us (at least me), because this thread was about: developer uploads IQ file and it is not downloadable AT ALL. Mine is downloadable in the .com store. So the problem is again the syncing between the com and the cn store.
Just out of curiosity: where do you upload your apps? in the .cn or the .com site? If in the .com site then is your new version available in the .com site?
I always upload to the .com store.
In my case, the issue is related to updates, but I believe it may also affect new apps. A few days ago, updates in the store were not available for download at all. According to Kyle.ConnectIQ due to an issue already fixed. This resolved the problem for the .com store.
However, some users of my data fields in China have reported that the issue is still present in the .cn store. It seems that further action is needed to address this on that platform.
